Home Comfort Plan ($159.95)
Covers all emergency calls, annual tune-ups, all labor and replacement parts (contact us for full details). Our yearly maintenance program consists of the following:
- check and adjust heating system controls
- clean fuel pump
- adjust fuel pump pressure
- replace fuel oil filter
- replace oil burner nozzle
- clean and adjust burner head
- clean and adjust electrodes
- clean flue passages of furnace and smoke pipe
- lubricate motor and bearings
- check safety timing of primary controls
- take efficiency test of heating system to insure maximum efficiency
Home Comfort Plan Plus ($189.95)
Covers all emergency calls, annual tune-ups, all labor and replacement parts, and full replacement of your heating system if deemed necessary.
